Flow cell compartment
The flow cell compartment is the space just under the flow cell cover. This is where we put the flow cell.
Install flow cellThe flow cell compartment reveals the PCB including electrical pogo pins and the inlet/outlet for the liquid. Both the electrical and liquid pathways are very delicate, which is why we protect them with the flow cell cover against dust, spills, etc.
Always put the flow cell cover back in place over the flow cell compartment
This protects the delicate parts underneath.
