Normal BactoBox® operating temperatures is 20 - 25 °C. Broader temperature range is only possible if a custom diluent is used. If you are operating BactoBox® in an anaerobic chamber, the temperature is often elevated. This requires a reduction in PBS. Target a diluent conductivity of 1850 µS/cm at the desired temperature. Use the built-in conductivity program to test the conductivity.
For lower temperatures, increase the proportion of PBS.
For higher temperatures, decrease the proportion of PBS.
