Reset the device to its factory defaults. It removes:
Custom gating settings added via Access.
Starred gating configuration that have been selected via Access
The local timezone set via the Menu screen.
etc.
Navigate to the Reset menu screen:
Press and hold the Stop button to enter the menu
Navigate to Settings → Service → Reset -> Customizations
Select the option Customizations and then press OK.
Press OKto display the confirmation screen. Press OK to confirm or any other button to dismiss.
Restart the device to apply the changes.
