Get things ready

You need these items:

• 1 × BactoBox® setup

• 1 × deep clean vial

Step-by-step

Switch to the deep clean vial

Transfer the tubing kit to the deep clean vial.

Start the Deep clean program

Press and hold the Measure button for 2 seconds to enter the Programs menu. Use the navigation buttons (OK ← ∨ ∧) to select the Deep clean program. Press OK to navigate to the next step.

Select duration and start a Deep clean program

Use the navigation buttons (OK ← ∨ ∧) to select the Deep clean duration.

Press OK to start the Deep clean program

That's it!

The Deep clean is complete. Discard the deep clean vial. It is for single use only.

Perform a QC test after the Deep clean program is done.

When to deep clean

Deep clean your BactoBox® in these cases:

• At least once a week. Use the 15-minute option.

• To recover a flow cell that failed the QC test. Try with the 15-minute option first. If the issue persists, try the 10-hour option.
