Always use SBT ready-made dilution vials when you qualify

Qualification checks that your setup works, so the dilution vial must not add uncertainty of its own. SBT ready-made dilution vials maintain a high quality standard, as these vials undergo rigorous quality checks.

A regular weekly QC test is different. There you use a vial from the dilution route you use for your own samples.

When to qualify

Qualify your BactoBox® in these cases:

• At least once a year.
• When you relocate your BactoBox® setup. Example: You install your BactoBox® for the very first time, you ship it to another physical location, or you get it back from service or repair at SBT.
