Error about slow/fast flow

Before you move on

You went through Qualification and your BactoBox® setup passed both phase A (QC vial) and phase B (dilution vial).

Is this not the case? Then let's take a step back. Did qualification fail? Does your BactoBox® not even power on?

The measurement triggers an error about too slow/fast flow

You run the Measure program but it gives an error about detected events are too slow/fast, liquid moves slower than expected, concentration/velocity differs between sites, or the like.

Error codes 2000–2999 (both inclusive) relate to the flow paths in your BactoBox® setup.

The most likely culprit is that the external filter is clogged. How can this be if your BactoBox® setup passed qualification? Even a single measurement on a sample with many large particles can clog the external filter.

Replace the external filter (see Install tubing kit) and qualify your BactoBox® setup again.

Before you measure on your own sample again, make sure that you both break up clumps and chains and remove large particles. In general, it is important to prepare your sample for use with BactoBox®.
