BactoBox® appears as a USB-drive when turned on and connected to a Win7/Win10 PC with the included USB-cable. When clicking the USB-drive, a summary.csv file is available which can readily be imported to Excel. The “format as table” under the “Styles” pane works well for sorting data but file must be saved as e.g. .xlsx format to make changes persistent.

Measurement ID	Unique measurement ID that was registered on the screen at the time of analysis.
Device ID	BactoBox® device ID
Software version	Software ID
Flow cell ID	Flow cell ID
Cells/mL	Cells/mL concentration
Total/mL	Total/mL concentration
Total/mL - Cells/mL	Other/mL concentraion
ECC factor	The empirical concentration correction factor used to adjust the intact cell concentration
Classification filename	Measurement program used. Typically default, unless special “gating” is applied
Classification limits	Phase and amplitude “gates” used for classifying the objects of interest.
Conductivity	Conductivity in µS/cm reported for the last 5 seconds of a measurement
