This page teaches you how to assemble and use the dilution dispenser. You use it to make a DIY dilution vial with SBT dilution liquid.
The workflow has three steps:
Replace the syringe filter at the start of each day.

If possible, we recommend that you use the SBT dilution vial (bundled as DV01) instead. This avoids many of the pitfalls with DIY dilution vials.

The SBT dilution vial is filtered, conductivity-adjusted, and long-term stable thanks to gamma radiation sterilization.
