    • Windows 7, 10, 11, or later

  • 1 × USB A to micro-B cable (supplied with BactoBox® packaging)

Experimental support for Linux

Step by step

1

Insert USB cable into BactoBox®

Insert the micro-B end of the USB cable into the port on the side of BactoBox®.

2

Insert cable into computer

Connect the other end to a USB A port in your computer.

3

Open file with Access

After a short while, your computer recognizes BactoBox® as a USB disk drive (e.g., as the D:\ drive). Your computer shows a window like this:

File browser that shows BactoBox® files

Open the file called SBT Access.html . This opens Access in your browser.

Nothing happens?

Make sure BactoBox is turned on.

Check the USB cable at both ends. Make sure that it is fully inserted.

Try to open http://10.20.30.40 directly in your browser.

That is it!

You now have Access open. It looks something like this:

The Software update page in Access.
