Phase A: QC vial

To streamline things, BactoBox® both tunes and qualifies the setup simultaneously here in phase A

Examples

The check the certificate of analysis step is a bit complex. Therefore, we provide a couple of examples below to help you along the way.

Example A

The QC test program results in 1.91e6 total/mL. The QC stock certificate of analysis has an accepted range of 1.62e6–2.19e6 total/mL. The qualification passes since the total/mL is within the accepted range.
